"I knew that I was cutting it close when I placed on order on Sunday Dec 18th for my son's Christmas present. So I kept checking on the status of the order using the link that they provided in the confirmation e-mail. When I was still getting the same screen showing that the order was processing and that I'd be informed when it shipped, I found and purchased a similar item from a local store. Then I went home to cancel the order. I double checked that I still had the same "order processing" message and I did. But when I said that I wanted to cancel the order I was told that I couldn't because it was already shipped and given the UPS tracking number. I tried asking about when it shipped and why the web site hadn't updated, but the on-line chat person didn't respond. When I checked UPS it turns out that the order actually shipped on the 19th."

"I did not like that you tried to call customer service and you were left on hold. I understand it was busy and they kept saying that but then the phone would ring they would put you back on hold, it would happen again and then it would put you through to an answering machine."
"Well, my order that I purchased on December 14, 2011 is still not shipped from the HobbyTron warehouse. I would have expected my order to arrive by Christmas. NOT HAPPY AT ALL...!!! My order shipped a short time later after I wrote this. I'll review after Christmas when my son uses the product."
