"Awful. I received the wrong item and was not able to get any help. Also, when we opened the box of the item we did receive, there was pieces of wire and the item did not work. It was Christmas and I know that there was not a lot that they could do about getting a new item in time, but the only thing they offered was for me to mail the item back at my cost. HobbyTron sent me the wrong item and it did not work, their solution was to have me send it back at my cost. I ended up going to the local department store at the last minute and getting a better deal on a similar product and guess what it worked. "

"So so. I could not find out what happened to one of three items in the order. I never received a notice of any kind, and there was not follow up from the order if it was backordered, which is not confirmed yet. Missed the Christmas delivery time. Please advise on the whereabouts of the Ford F-150 from this order. This was not delivered:

"Terrible customer service. I have called 3 times and left messages. I emailed twice and have never heard from customer service. My airsoft gun arrived missing a magazine and had scuffs on it as if it were a display model. I am very unhappy with the lack of service I have received."

"EVerything went smoothly. Only problem was with tracking. My son was waiting for Wednesday delivery, and tracked order number. Site said order had not shipped, and would be updated after shipping. Package arrived next day."

"We received the order on time and in good shape. However, there must be some breakdown in your communications. We did not receive either an order confirmation or notification of shipping.

Also, when we attempted to call in and email it was about the most frustrating experience ever. Big problems there... at one point I waited on hold for 21 minutes without ever talking to a person and then was sent (again) to voice mail.

I realize it is the holiday season, but really, it was bad. If your notification system had been working properly, you may not have had such a backlog on calls.

(I did check my spam folder, too, so it wasn't that -- and obviously you do have my email since I received this.)

If you have more questions, I'd be happy to expound on this.

"I have ordered from Hobbytron.com many times and they always come through with fast delivery and great prices. They also have specials where you can get free shipping or free toys with your order, so it pays to get on their mailing list. They only send me an email when they are having a free weekend every month or so."
