"I purchased my shoes and paid through PayPal. I never received an order confirmation or any acknowledgement from Holabird Sports directly that my order had been placed. After waiting 3 weeks to receive my shoes, I sent customer service a message telling them that I did not have an order number because of the for mentioned absence of such. Within 2 days I received an email letting me know that my order had been shipped. I received them 2 days later. There was no mention of any problem with my order and yet, I believe that something was lost in the translation between Holabird Sports and PayPal. If I ever purchase from them again, I will use a different method of payment.
Love the shoes. Just wish I didn't have to wait so long to receive them."

After tracking your order, it appears that your order was delivered on the 20th. It can take up to 10 business days for an order to be shipped to the West Coast.
