"I ordered shoes that arrived missing an insole. I contacted customer service and Martha told me that the insole was being shipped out “immediately”. The insole did not arrive for 9 days at which point I contacted customer service again. They had never sent the insole. When I asked for some explanation, they offered none. A customer service supervisor and I spoke and she offered me a $10 gift card and said she shipped the insole by 2-day air. I told her this is insufficient as I don’t trust a company that can’t compensate customers for their mistakes. I had taken their word for face value when told my missing insole was being sent out “immediately”. The supervisor refused to offer anything other than a $10 gift card or a return shipping label. To me, this issue is indicative of weak and untrustworthy management or perhaps a company that does not yet understand how easy it is to find the same products they carry at more customer focused vendors. I will not shop here again. It was a disappointing experience. "
