"I was searching onkine to see what retailers had this product in stock, Normatec Pro 2.0 compression sleeves with hip attachment. The manufacturer did not have any instock, and the closest retailer was Holabird Sports. Looking at their website it showed it was available, and siad some of the items are drop shipped. It was after hours, I emailed and inquired if these were in the store or were being drop shipped. They had representatives monitoring emaiks after hours! The representative said that the computer showed it was in-stock at the store. I was leaving for a trip the next day and wanted to pick them up, store opened at 9am, and just over an hour away. I replied and stated that I would be on the road so I could be there when the store opened and asked if she would be able to verify that and to call me if they were not actually in the store. I had purchased them online incase someone else would buy them before I got there. She called me that morning, (some of the employees were in before the store officially opened and confirmed that the product was there and at the counter waiting for me! The staff was pleasant, and even with the problems Covid has had on retailers, they offer a military discount! I presented my Identification and I was back on the road.
