"I needed to return two items and wanted to exchange. They responded quickly which was nice. I couldn't because of some payment policy, which was fine. But I had to pay on my own to return the items. I didn't realize this until I already placed the order for the "exchanged" items. I wouldn't have done that had I known the cost of returning. If you're exchanging (and paying more for what you're getting in return) , the shipping should be free or reduced via the seller's account with the shipping company. I won't buy again unless I'm certain that I'll keep the items. "
