"Being an old college professor I have had numerous experiences working with various organizations throughout my life. As such, those experiences fall into two categories, those organization which follow-through versus those which do not. Holabird follows-though. Specifically, the telephoned me to let me know that a product ordered would not arrive on time, but would require two more weeks. Thus, the product would be late for my son's birthday. Accordingly, I cancelled the order and received help from Holobird staff to cancel said order. I will continue to shop with Holabird, for my tennis shoes, balls, and related tennis equipment because I trust the organization and recognize that follow-through is the sign of competence."
