"I actually found this website because the local retailers sold out of lights within three weeks before the actual holiday and gave me the usual “Deal with it” attitude. I decided try holidayLEDs.com due to the easy to navigate (and clean looking) website, had a variety colors/styles (I love the teal lights), and a good layout with detailed information on the product pages. There are a great selection of LED lights to choose from including colors that are not as easily or commonly found on other websites.

Every time I have shopped with the site, I have been very impressed with the quick shipping and above and beyond customer service. I did have a bit of concern with my most recent order but with a phone call, I had all my questions and issues resolved. They even took the time to answer some random lighting questions as well. I also encountered one of my strands to be buggy (despite testing it earlier). For the most part, I wanted to know if there was a way to fix it and sent an e-mail. I was not sure what kind of response to expect until I got a response saying a replacement would be on its way. I was surprised but in a positive way.
