I've searched for plumbers to replace shower components, replace hot water heaters, and some carpentry work. Homeadviser always pops up as a reference, yet, the most I've had respond to my request is "one". To me it seems like it goes into "open space". In addition, I find the "price quote" extremely high. Often they project the hourly cost of the project to be X number of hours, which you pay for. However, there is no mention or caveat that if the labor hours are diminished, the fee goes down.
