"For very simple tasks, the HomeAdvisor app can match you with a contractor. Getting that contractor to actually communicate with you is, however, a challenge. Though the app says the contractor will contact you; about 80% of the time, it's nothing but crickets, or only one of the several recommended will even answer the phone.
For anything at all complicated; don't even bother! My search for replacement storm windows got converted to a request for replacement windows. My request to update the electrical wiring to my garage got converted to 'install an outlet'. I'm very frustrated with them."

"it was great to be contacted by company By Any Means Contracting to fo our long time coming and VERY MUCH NEEDED Privacy Fence. Workers communicated work and time for the project, they are very thorough and respectful to the property. When they saw something that could be a problem they brought it to our attention promptly so that we could make a decision so that we could keep the project moving and on time. We will use them again and would be sure to refer them as well."
