"Experience was good. It would have been good to have the location of the service on the list that identifies people in your are. Phone numbers are no longer enough to determine how close they are, and merely having a state in the name can be tricky when you live in an area which is serviced by multiple states."

"I have been a Pro with Homeadvisior for three years. In those three years there are many things I have found with their service. First is lead fees are getting higher than is worth it in the case of many requests for service. Second their categories are lacking definition. In particular they are killing me in fees for an exact match for one time cut for a lawn. That lead is 26$!!! The last lead for that I received for that was a person who didn't want to pay more than 20$ for that service! Worst part about those sorts of leads is you have no option to choose no one time service for lawn mowing. They lump it in the same category of weekly service. This is been a complaint for years but they do nothing about it because they make so much money off it! My business has a full route by the end of May and unless a client sells a house those spots don't open up. We literally don't have time to do a one time cut! We used to be happy with their service but nowadays they seem to let too many bad leads through and refuse to give credit for them. I am looking for other options for my company."
