"Tried your site after having success with Thumbtack site, but deciding to try a new site. The fact that you ask for specific address information is a turn off. Why would someone want to provide their address to strangers with which they are not familiar before first having a conversation as to if they can complete the job and determining comfortability. Also, going through the process then having to be “verified” is another deterrent. I clicked on Live Chat to speed up verification process, talked briefly with Liliana, who asked for my number under which the request was submitted, I provided and sat waiting for a response, she said “are you still there”, I responded I was, then she responded she was logging off as I may have been distracted so I would need to call an 800 number."
