"I used home advisor to find a plumber to fix my kitchen sink. One of the recommended pros I reached out to for evaluation has not only left me numerous messages, but also very rudely complained about my inability to answer the phone, and how much money my lead is going to lose him/how much he paid for it. NO, I have not been able to get in touch with my recommended pros yet because unfortunately my mother got into an accident and I decided CALLING THE hospital and SCHEDULING OPERATIONS for her was more important than calling about getting my sink fixed! I am absolutely appalled at how this Pro reached out to me. Discussing how much he paid for my info??? So unprofessional and honestly gross. I understand the frustration with not getting an answer quickly, but LIFE HAPPENS. I will never use HomeAdvisor again, thanks to Matt's Pro Plumbing in New Britain, CT. I am so offended and genuinely a bit harassed."
