"I keep getting emails from HA saying New HomeAdvisor Message Received but when I click on the link it takes me to ANGI and wants me to download an ap. Im on my PC not my phone. I do NOT want to use an APP on my phone when I have a Desktop. I dont want your APP. When I go to my account on the desktop there are no messages. Texts from contractors are actualy through HA or Angi not sure which and you cant respond to them as the contractors dont receive them. Frustrating confusing annoying not likely to use again. "

"We picked 2 contractors to give us estimates. The software scheduled one of them at the time; the other was to call us. The day of the scheduled estimate, Angi emailed us saying that they were cancelling the estimate appointment. However the contractor called us and showed up as planned. Not sure what the mix-up was. The other contractor never did call. We went with the contractor who did the estimate and they were great.

But the overall process with the mixup in communications, wasn't something I'd necessarily rush to do again."
