"Called today customer Service to get a contractor off my account. D.L. Remodeling is listed as hired by me, but I never hired him, bc he did not call me. Instead I hired Artistic Floor USA LLC, which they called right away and done a very satisfactory job on a new patio. I'm trying to give them a good review, since he is the second contractor I hired through Home Advisor and anyone at Home Advisor is able to help me. I was transferred today to two three different departments and at the last one I had a recording where I left my name and phone number, hoping they will call me back today!"

"Home advisor charges the contractor per lead. Every time a customer get on here and submits a request, it costs contractors various amounts of money. Please make sure your interested in a service before submitting your information. You will also get an annoying amount of phone calls if you submit a request. Home advisor doesn't screen these submissions nor is it easy to get a refund for bogus submissions"
