"The first time I called I didn't know my email. The person on the phone have me three numbers to call. I did and left information on there answering machines and never heard from these company. Called few times after that and either got a trainee and lost connection. Then I figured out my email and finally got an experience telephone person who set me up and sent me per email a handyman phone number. He answered his phone! He was very nice and completed the job in one day. I was impressed."
