They promote a $50 rewards program.
They DO NOT have any intention of paying out on this promise.
I have now called 4 different times. I have been put on hold. I have been passed around, dropped and left in voicemails that do not accept messages.
If you are using them with the assumption that they will do what they say BEWARE.

Everything was handled great with the guy until pick up of our items--they were in a rush and didn't log in that they received some of our items and then upon delivery they were horrible. Would never recommend this company to anyone. the move was for my daughter and her husband is in the military and that is one of the things that they were bragging about was how well they handle military families. HORRIBLE and very sad."
