"In less than one hour after opening the Home Advisor web site, I received a phone call and a service call was set up for the very next morning a 10 AM. The service man arrived a little early and went right to work. He did not take long to explain the problems with my 15 yr old Maytag and gave me an estimated cost. He then explained that I could also purchase a reconditioned unit for about the same cost. Being "Fannie Frugal" and 80 yrs plus it sounded great.
