Mouse droppings EVERYWHERE in the basement, wasn't a single comment about pests. The dishwasher isn't connected properly and wobbles everywhere. Unstable backyard fence. Two massive dead trees right next to the house. Windows that don't seal properly . And a number of other things. Between them and our realtor, this home has been a "real treat" to fix up after moving in, we find someone almost every day!"
