"They responded immediately and scheduled an appointment to review the work. I received a fair quote and scheduled the repair. As soon as the Window arrived in their warehouse, they called me to schedule the installation. They arrived on time and finished the window replacement in less than an hour. "

"I have tried to use them twice and both times it was a disaster. The first time was for a plumber. It asks you several questions and then gives you a space to add any additional info but nobody bothers to read it because I stated the leak was either in the wall or under the foundation. Thy sent out a very nice gentleman but he did not have the right equipment to do the job so I had to cancel the work and find a plumber on my own. The second time was for a leak in my roof. Again there were the questions that I was asked and a space for additional info. In that space I stated the leak was in the flat roof area, not in the pitched area of the roof. Again. they gave me a great price of only $500. The roofer who came was very nice but when he looked at it he stated the price given applied to a pitched roof that they would just need to replace some shingles. A flat roof is a totally different animal and it was going to cost $2500, not the $500. I didn't have that much money so we had to cancel the job. On their website they give you the option of not paying until the job was complete which is what I chose. When I looked at my bank balance later that day. I found homeadvisor had already taken the money out of my account. No one contacted them to say the job was complete. the roofer had emailed them while at my home that the job was canceled. I contacted them and they are refunding the money but not for 5 business days. They took my money in a matter of minutes when they should not have but it will take almost a week to give it back. They have lost my business for good!!!"
