"Everything was great about the table and chairs with the exception that the table top has a nick in the surface about 12" in from the outer edge. It was there as soon as I opened the box and removed the packing, but the box was not damaged in any way."

I was contacted by a great person who allowed me to express my frustration, then corrected my delivery concerns with providing another service. The original medicine cabinet arrived with broken side glass, I found my notes and contacted the same person from the first call, he was able to send another medicine cabinet, this one arrived just fine.
The cabinet I received was far more than my expectations, well built, beveled mirrors inside and out, looks absolutely beautiful in my bathroom. But, I was more amazed that this same person, who was so helpful, checked back with me to see if I had installed the unit and if everything was ok?
