"WOW!!! Like many other reviewers, I stupidly placed an order for a BLANCO sink 440149. Even though I was under the impression that shipping was free, I was charged at check out, but I ordered anyway! I thought twice about ordering due to no customer service number, but I ordered anyway! The website states that my item is in stock and will ship within 48 hours via Fedex Ground. Needless to say, I am extremely nervous about my decision after reading these reviews. Shame on me for not researching the site prior to ordering! I will update my review in a few days.

As promised, I am updating my review of Home Products to Go. I have amended my star rating to 5 stars- Very Satisfied! I ordered my BLANCO Sink on Sat.03March,and received confirmation that day that my order was "in stock" and being processed. On March 5 my order was sent to FedEx and by 3pm today, 07March my sink was delivered!! I will definitely use this site again!

"Wanted to update my review. I received a call from customer service after commenting on this site. The rep verified the shipping and billing address and said the confusion was due to different shipping and billing addresses (the sink was being sent to the contractor's address.) He was polite and released the HOLD on the item. The item was shipped promptly and received without damage. However, he would not give me a phone number to call if there were any problems.

Ordered a Blanco sink on January 31, 2012 listed as in stock. On February 3, I received a notice that the order was updated to ON-HOLD and asking me to verify the shipping and billing address ASAP. I have verified the address via two messages to customer service and have not received a response as of February 6.

The order is still listed as ON HOLD and I cannot get a response from customer service!

I plan to cancel the order today and will instruct the credit card company to deny payment and open an investigation for fraud. I plan to inform the manufacturer Blanco of this company's deceptive practices as well.

Strongly advise that you DO NOT ORDER anything from this company!!!

"The lack of response from HomeProductsToGo is not what makes a successful company. I purchased a Newport Brass brand filtered water faucet for a remodel. We are just getting to do the install and when the box was opened the finish on the item is bad. One of the parts has no finish on it. I've emailed HomeProductsToGo but get no response. I've contacted Newport Brass and their answer is "you must contact the seller". All I want is what I paid for."

"I should have done my homework on this company before placing the order. Price was good but it indicated free shipping on google shopping but shipping was still charged. The site said the kohler apron front sink was in stock but after I placed order I got email saying backorder for 4-5 weeks. Then they charged my credit card immediately vs charging once the item is shipped. I placed several emails to the customer service email on the site with no response to inquire on cancellation. At this point I need my order cancelled. Since it is on backorder and not shipped I should get a full refund. If I do not get full refund I will be filing with better business bureau a complaint."

"I am another duped customer. Thought I would give them a try for a kitchen faucet since they were $12-13 cheaper than other sites, and said shipping was included. However, when I went to check out, it added FedEx shipping (with no other choice) for $10.92. I decided to continue, which was a mistake. Now it is 11 days since the order was placed, and it still says processing on the website. They claim that 99% of orders are filled within 24 hours. There is no current phone number to call, and the 800 phone number which was given me by MasterCard, when I called to try to stop the charge, is not taking any calls. Clearly site is either is incapable of providing the products they list or is a total scam. Stay away."

"Dont waste your time! Spend a few dollars extra at a reputable site because receiving the product will be your reward.

SCAM SCAM SCAM site!!!!!!!

Ordered in stock items on Dec 2, 2011 and received 2 confirmation emails that day with items all listed in stock and my CC was charged immediately. Fed ex shipping paid and as of Dec. 16, 2011 I have received nothing from them.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE unless you just like giving it away with no chance of receiving anything for it then this is your site.

They are in Queens NY, with no working phone number for customer service.

THEY ARE A FRAUD

"I never received my faucet from the delta to go section. I never received an email with my order but I did get the amount taken from my account the next day. I have sent emails with no response. How do I finally get my faucet when no one responds. There is a 1800# that is constantly busy. Anyone have a number that works. I need to install my faucet soon. I am so fustrated I should never have bought from them. Go some where else and pay a little more so you can get your items with a reasonable timeframe and get customer service."

"Do not do business with this company. I have made multiple attempts to get status on my order, and they have never responded. I opened a claim with Paypal, and Home Products still did not respond. I have now escalated the claim asking Paypal to step in for reimbursement. Think about it, their website doesn't have a phone number - I wish I had seen some of the other review-s before going to Home Products. Notes for the people reading this that my think I'm a wack-job: when I placed my order their site indicated that the item was in stock, I never got any kind of order acknowledgement, half of my order did come in a timely manner, I sent nice emails to check on the other half of the order at first, when I didn't get any response my emails became increasingly tense and were directed to every different email address I could find for them, when I went to Paypal to get a claim going (I only wanted Paypal to try and encourage a response) I found a phone number for Home Products but it is not a working number. I must order this item from another site, and I don't have any guarantee that I will get reimbursed - I need a sink and this company has put me in a bad spot."

"These guys talk about customer service like it was the holy grail! they are absolutely horrible, I ordered a pedestal sink from them. I loaded in my debit card and it was denied. I then loaded in a credit card and it was accepted. One minute later I got confirmation that both cards have been charged!!! 5 emails later with zero response and on hold for eternity still no live person to talk to. For those who want to be put on hold and listen to music the toll free number is ***-***-****. UPS says my order will be here today-pray it is not 2 sinks!!!! They suck!"

"BEWARE!!! This company has no customer service. I cancelled this order less than 5 minutes after I ordered as there was an extra $75 added for shipping. I thought my product shipped free. When I called only sales was answering and they said I had to e-mail a cancellation to them, which I immediately did. Three days later my product shipped and "Home Products to Go" want me to pay for shipping back to them. I am disputing this as the product was shipped after the cancellation by 3 days, plenty of time to prevent the shipment."

"I'm posting here because it seems to be the only way these thieves respond to your emails. To the company: please contact me immediately. My invoice order and RGA number for the return are below.

To everyone else, here are a few shady business practices you can expect:

1)They have removed their phone number from the website--you can't contact them via phone if you have a problem and they ignore half of their emails;

2)They list all items as in-stock, say they are shipping within 7-10 days, then bill your card immediately. When your item doesn't show up, they say it's backordered. I waited months for my faucet to ship and was told several times it would only take another week or two;

3)I had to return the faucet because the faucet didn't fit my sink (not their fault). They confirmed that they received my returned order, but because my credit card had expired, they wanted me to email the new number. I gave it to them over the phone and they said they'd take care of the problem immediately. Almost a month later, I still don't have my refund (which if I got, would still be less shipping and a 30% restocking fee), they've stopped responding to my emails, and they've removed their phone number from the website.

I rated the cost very high because even though they list some of the lowest prices on the internet, I've spent months dealing with their crappy customer service to no avail, and I've ended up spending about $160 for nothing when I thought I would be spending $120 for a faucet. I have never dealt with a shadier company. It would have been cheaper and easier just to get mugged.

Also, the five star reviews are written in the same sort of nearly-perfectly-translated-into-American-English-but-not-quite-right language as the customer service emails are. What a coincidence.

"I placed an order last week and followed up with 2 emails which have not been responded to. I should have paid more attention. I usually do not order from online stores with no address or phone numbers i check out. I was desperate for 2 fauctes. Does anyone know there phone number? "Please investigate why my refund is taking so long. My order number is on this form below.

It was placed online on Sep 19, then on Sep 28 I received an email from Home Products to Go cancelling the order "due to incorrect pricing on the website"

Since then I have been trying to get a response via email about the refund I need but no answers yet.

Please take action. Why it takes so long if the order was cancelled without the product being shipped or anything....
