"Well, I tried with Home Perfect (read the review) and now with Home Products to Go. GEEZ, are all of these companies owned by the same group??? Once again, the website indicates products are in stock and ready to ship. Yet after 8 days, no product and no communication. The website still shows product in stock and will ship in 1-2 days. My order still says "processing", which means it has not shipped. And don't bother looking for a customer service number in the email receipt or on the website...they either don't have one or don't advertise it. Probably because of all the complaints!! Is there not a company that knows what customer service means anymore????!!!"
"How I WISH I had researched this site before placing my order. WHAT A SCAM!! This store and the customer service (outsourced, of course) are a total JOKE. I finally had to place a dispute with paypal to get my money back and get this one....they *finally* responded to my inquiry * after three attempts) and then SHORTED my refund for the privilege of NOT getting the lamp I ordered (though, I have to say I have only received notice that the refund is coming, it has not shown up in my account). Wow. Consumer BEWARE. I see here that the owner/whoever makes a habit of giving excuses for the poor customer service and inability to fulfill orders. Well, I received an email telling me the item was in stock, then nothing. *NOTHING* Now, I get an excuse that it was a computer glitch. Yeah. Puh-LEEZ! How many more excuses will there be for a company that has NO business being in Business, *and* who has racked up this many discontented consumers !?!
SO..in conclusion..yes, I still have my dispute going cause now it is personal and I *will* get back every last penny paid to this disgrace of a company. BOOOO!!!!!!"
"I thought the site was a total scam. The few reviews it has are terrible. The site has no contact information (address or regular phone number). Even the web domain has the contact information blocked.
But they had the best price and I found a couple of positive reviews. I decided to give it a try, since if it was a scam, I would just dispute the charges.
I called them (actually called Danze to Go, which is the same). The customer service rep was very nice. I told her what I had read on the internet about their company.
She took my order, said the item was in stock and would ship fast, and even waited till I got the order email to ensure the correct item was order.
Late the next day, I got an update stating the faucet was shipped with a tracking number. When I looked up the tracking number, FEDEX said the weight was 5 lbs. But the faucet should weigh 9 lbs. Haaaa, I knew it was a scam.
The next day the package arrive. We carefully opened it. Inspected it. I then weighed it, which came in at 9.2lbs, which was what it was supposed to be. I guess on FEDEX someone enters a standard 5lbs when they processed the shipping?
I've since installed the faucet and used it extensively.
It's the real deal. The faucet was legit. The only downside maybe was it appeared that box had may have opened before. But most are and nothing was wrong or missing.
It's been installed for about 5 days. Great faucet. I even compared it to one in the store and it's the same.
I'll post this on some of the other rating sites, so I can share my experiences with these guys.

"Buyer beware! This company has very poor customer service!! I was trying to place an order last night (10:30 PM)for a faucet. The website timed out 3 times...each time telling me to re-enter my information. I never once got confirmation that my order was placed. I finally order my faucet from another website.
UPDATE: The company did issue an RGA and refunded my money 100%.
This morning I received an order confirmation - my order must have gone thru at least once anyway...I called as soon as they opened (8:00)and explained the situation. Basically, the customer service rep(shouldn't even be called a customer service rep) told me it was my fault their website didn't work. He gave me 2 options: pay to cancel the shipment (because it had shipped already?), or return the faucet and pay a restocking fee. Isn't that helpful? I did send an email to the company - but I haven't heard back - doubt I will. Just want to let people know of my experience as soon as possible!

"We ordered a Danze faucet. The shipping was included and we received the faucet within a week. It was packaged fine and had no problem with the order. Upon opening the package, though, it was obvious that the finish was not the "Rubbed Bronze" that we had ordered. The label on the box was correct, but the product most certainly was not. It appears to be a manufacturer issue.
I contacted customer service via email and received a return authorization, and was told I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee and pay for the outbound shipping, per the terms. I am used to restocking fees and don't have a real problem with them, generally. However, upon informaing them that I would not pay a restock fee for a wrong item, the customer service rep "explained" to me that I was wrong about the finish and that they would bill my credit card. Bronze with a purple hue is not Oil Rubbed Bronze.
Anyway, Visa will take care of working out the details. Buyer beware--these folks have a terrible customer service ethic. Check your credit card policy well before ordering. It is my opinion, in this case, that the small amount of savings over other online competition is not worth it. Go with a vendor who stands behind their product...and their customer's satisfaction."

"I placed a Blanco faucet order on April 21st, and was advised on that date by a salesperson that the item was back ordered but they expected delivery the first week of May. I contacted them last week and was told that delivery was expected the end of May. I called again today and was put on hold for twenty minutes until I hung up after no response. I then received an email from them stating delivery would be another 3-4 weeks. The customer service response has been a horrible experience. Strongly advise not shopping this website."
"Placed an order, did not receive a tracking number. Went to their web site & used the live chat help but the person refused to help me and told me to call or e-mail.
I called. After being disconnected on twice, the "gentleman" refused to help me and hung up on me.
I e-mailed and received no response.
I attempted to find a physical address so I could lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but there isn't anything anywhere.
My e-mail account I used when I placed this order has been hacked. Coincidence? I think not.
Seems like a scam - BUYER BEWARE!!

Oh please! Your company had the order number when I tried contacting you 6 times via the "live" chat, phone and e-mail and got no response.
The order did show - after I contacted the better business bureau, my credit card company and Danze, although the package looked as though it had been run over. When the plumber shows I will update as to whether the product is damaged.
**If I had received an e-mail with shipping and tracking information I would not have needed to go to the website, call or e-mail in an attempt to get the information. That is a blatant lie.
As for who I spoke to, they hung up on me when I asked for information. Do you think they gave me their name first before hanging up on me? "
"I ordered 2 items from this retailer because of their great pricing. After not receiving any order confirmation for several days I called customer service, which is outsourced to a service who is rude and unknowledgeable about even the product manufacturer's names. They informed me that one item was backordered for 6 weeks and indicated that they had no intention of sending the item they had or even notifying me about the delay. After being hung up on, treated quite rudely and put on hold for 20 minutes for no apparent purpose I cancelled my order. The savings was definitely not worth it!"
"Bought 4 Toto toilets spending over a thousand dollars. It's been over a week and still no confirmation whether it's been shipped nor tracking number. Customer service is horrible. No live person. Just a recording. I hope it's not a scam. Avoid at all cost!"
