Our records indicate that you placed this order on October 10th and at the time of purchase you were provided with an estimated shipping date between October 12th and October 16th as well as an estimated delivery date of on or before October 20th. While our estimates do vary, we try to adhere to these dates as much as we can throughout the shipping process. Our records indicate that the item was successfully delivered on October 23rd without any issues reported. Product Ok; Retailer is Sketchy.

"The product arrived when expected and in generally good condition. Only the ladder was broken, but South Shore sent quickly sent me a new one. However, HomeSquare denied my rebate through BeFrugal with a bizzare explanation. I always follow the same process with BeFrugal and this was the first time I haven't received a rebate. I then saw the poor Google reviews and I now wish I had picked this up thru a different retailer."
