"as of January 26th it is a month since initial order was placed. I ordered the NE Kids Walnut Street twin Sleighbed with Trundle in Chesnut and the nightstand to match. The bed arrived with the headboard damaged and the wrong rails. The rails were white not the chestnut color of the bed. I sent an email to ****@****, because their online portal didn't work and their customer service # no longer handles Costumer service over the phone all has to be directed via email. It took about two days to get a response. CS said they sent it over to the replacement team and that I would be alerted via email of shipping and also could check my account on the homesquare web page. I have been waiting almost two weeks to hear something, I checked online the rails say they are due to ship, but under details they say the part is discontinued. I still have no update on the headboard. I will never do business with HomeSquare again. I did receive the nightstand and it was in good working order."
