"The product was not priced in the "bargain basement" category. At the very least, I thought they would send them in a gift box. They came loosely bubble wrapped, rolling around the bottom of a box.
How am I supposed to gift them?
I got in touch with them and the answer was a resounding "NO, take it or leave it".
They offered a $5 refund.
Big deal. What am I supposed to do now, just put them in a gift bag?

Without hesitation they replaced the lid.
I hope they accept my recommendation on modifying the packaging to prevent it from happening again.

As it turns out only half of my order was shipped so I called in and they promised to replace it. I get a notification today that it has shipped but wont be arriving until Dec 27th. This is a customized product that cannot be returned so I contacted them immediately after ordering so they can send me a sample of what it would look like before it shipped. "I ordered from this company over a week before I needed the item and paid extra for 2 day delivery since I knew it would take them some time to customize my order so I wanted to make sure that I received it in time. On December 18 I received a notice that it had been mailed out, yet I never received it until December 23. What I had ordered was a Christmas gift for someone who lives out of town in which I was leaving to go visit on the 23rd but did not have time to wait around for the mailman all day. Sadly, my gift never made it in time before my 5+ hour drive, and now I have to pay to ship this to the person that it was intended to, which ended up being over $60 due to the weight and size of the package. When I contacted the company, they said that it "wasn't their fault" that the package didn't arrive in time and did not offer to pay for the postage to get the gift to the final destination. This response was of course after waiting for them to get back to me with NUMEROUS emails and feedback after 5 days. Their best that they could do is offer a 10% discount the next time I ordered with them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! 10%?! With the money that I spent with this company, I'm sure that they could afford to pay for my reshipping with that "10%" and still have a returning customer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Unless, of course, you are ok with terrible customer service! "

I emailed them at 10:00 p.m. same night and they finally responded to me Sunday afternoon stating that they can't do anything, its to late, the order is already processed. Crappy customer service."

Emailed customer service a photo of it, and they said that's just how to font is. They won't refund my $ or even replace with different engraving to avoid the weird spacing in the date. So if you order something engraved from them, don't be surprised if there are random spaces that appear erroneous and don't expect them to do anything about it."

"Got the flask with leather around it and a shot glass that pops out in the middle. When I got it, it leaked and the leather was coming off. The silver sticker thing at the top was chipping too. I got a hold of customer service and included about 5 pictures. They refused to refund me or send me a new one, but said they would give me 40% off a new order (which **** already) and just to email someone for the code. Emailed them, never got a reply, called again and they just to email again, no reply, etc. Never got my money back.... At least the flask is less expensive now so you expect it to be cheap"

I purchased a set (4) of whiskey glasses for my friend's upcoming 50th birthday. The package arrived and was so heavy, that initially (because I hadn't looked at the return address label yet), I was kind of puzzled about what was inside. Upon opening the box, I was thrilled at the quality of the glasses. I admit, I had been worried that maybe they'd be less sturdy and attractive than I had hoped. They exceeded my expectations!
Ended up purchasing four pint beer glasses for my dad's 80th birthday because I liked my first purchase so much. The beer glasses were a hit with my dad!

"I purchased several items over the holidays for gifts for relatives. Everything was perfect except one item I was not completely happy due to the monogram impression was not deep enough. I emailed customer service. Unfortunately, they were out of the item to resend to me. They offered for me to pick another option, I was able to keep the original item and they sent the new item over night to me to make the Christmas holiday. Everyone loved their gifts. But, after one use the replacement item was broken. I contact customer service again and they sent me, yet again, a new one item. It may sound like I had problems with my order but you have to remember it was probably the busiest time for them to complete orders. They were very responsive. Even answering emails on Sunday's and a quick turnaround for the replacement items. My over all experience was fabulous and I would highly recommend using them. The gifts were of very good quality, greatly appreciated as they were personalized and something unique. Even though there were two small issues, HomeWetBar corrected everything to my expectation and above so all worked out perfect. "
"I ordered a personalized beer flight as a Christmas gift and was very satisfied with the quality upon arrival. The glasses are perfect and the paddle was a wonderful color and nice wood. I accidentally made a mistake when typing in the text for engraving and when I reached out to the company for assistance they were VERY attentive. They fixed my mistake and were extremely courteous about it. My only critique is that I wish they offered a larger text size for the engraving. It showed up on the list of texts, but wouldn't let me choose it for this product. The text was a bit small for the paddle, in my opinion. But, even the text looks great. Love this product and highly recommend it!"
