"NEVER BUY FROM HOMEWETBAR.com! I ordered a set of whiskey glasses and slate coasters from Home Wet Bar. I gave them specific instructions as to the monogramming. When the order arrived, one item was not monogrammed and one item was incorrectly monogrammed. I asked to return the items and for a refund. I figure they hosed both items, I'll go somewhere else. I also provided the proof of the instructions for my order. Needless to say, Kim S. refused. Visa to the rescue. "
"I recently ordered a customized whiskey set through HomeWetBar.com and here is the good and the bad...
The bad part is that the order that originally came was the wrong item and displayed the wrong name on the set.
The good part is that Kim, the customer service manager, was wonderful to deal with afterwards. She promptly corrected the situation and was eager to follow up to ensure all went smoothly.
Overall the products are nice, the ordering process is quick & simple, and if you do have any issues they are quick to resolve them."
"It was a little confusing to order if you want items rushed to you. You have to select and pay for rush engraving and rush shipping which can be costly. The order shipped later than I anticipated and I wish I didn't pay the extra. I also wish the glass quality was better for paying nearly $20 per glass. Will not repurchase. "

"Just got my order, they are all so so pretty. Packaging was awesome except for one shoe that did not come in its own box but its ok because it was nicely wrapped with bubble packing. I noticed one of the shoe did not have the suede like protective thing on the bottom part, but the other two had them. The red and gold shoe fits the bottle of wine i had at home but the black with bow did not. The bottle did not go all the way to the bottom of the shoe. That was the main issue but no big deal since it is still pretty. Overall, I am pretty happy with my orders. Customer service was awesome with email and phone messages. I hope my sister will like them. She loves shoes and wine. "

"I ordered a set of high ball glasses with a crested "H" on them. One of the glasses was incorrect initially with an additional initial on the other side, but was replaced free of charge with the correct one. My issue was resolved very quickly."

"I placed an order with them for several items on 12/16. I didn't receive a confirmation on my order so I tried to reach them via their phone/Email and online chat. I finally reached them a week later via online chat. I asked them for my order # my expected ship date. The person I talked to was Tamara, she responded that my order would ship within a few days I should get it by 12/24. I asked 3 times in my chat what is my order # and Tamara never answered. I waited 10 minutes for some response and NOTHING. I finally hung up disgusted. I finally got someone to give me my order number 4 days letter again through on line chat. I went online and found out that 2 days after I placed my order they had refunded me some of my money because they were out. No notification they just cancelled it. was so disgusted with their lack of customer service I told them to cancel my order on 12/29. They said it would be 5-7 business days and I am still waiting again. I will be disputing this charge tomorrow when I get in the office. They do not care as someone else said when you do reach them. I WOULD NEVER order through them again. I would give them no starts if that were an option."
"I ordered a personalized bar sign from them. The item is a piece of junk and if I can keep one person from wasting $50 on it I will be happy. While this item is advertised as "crafted from wood" it is really a resin, more plastic like than wood. I've seen better MDF board. The "wood grain" is a laminated sticker that is glued on. This thing is not worth $10. The "wall hanger" is a notched piece of plastic film. I purchased this as a gift but was too embarrassed at its poor quality to give it. I had to go out and spend another $60 on something else. I intend to use this sign for target practice. I contacted customer service via email and they state they will get back to you within 1 to 2 hours. It has been four business days and still nothing. This place is a sham."
