"Bad experience from the moment I ordered. Package got here after I paid extra to get it sent FedEx but it didn't come FedEx. They like. They also like about what they where seling . I was ordering a Pantry cabinet They shipped me a shelf. Go figure. It came damaged and tried to find out where it came from. Worked on it for 4 hours before I at least got a claim never stuck in. So now I'm needing my cabinet and don't have nothing ink but a headache with a company that has with a company that has no reputation. They should be held to a higher standard. They are fraudulent and need someone to put him out of business. We don't need company's like this . Sincerely frustrated and angry."
"The company has zero customer service. They don't respond to emails. Their phone lines are shut down. They pretend to authorize returns via a return link on their website, but that link is apparently not operational. When I finally reached somebody in sales (of course sales responds responds to emails - not customer service), I explained my poor experience. They offered no explanation and no apology. Shop elsewhere!! Wish I had seen the other one-star reviews on this website before I ordered through this company. Seriously - avoid them."
"Place hardware order paid via PayPal a week ago. No Shipping information received within the week.
Checked original e-mail receipt of order and found they cancelled for non payment by PayPal. Called and was told that the credit card linked to my PayPal account was denied. The account is actually linked to my bank? After calling PayPal, I was assured they were payed on the day of the order.
They called back and said that they just received payment and could now proceed with order? Told them to refund the money to my PayPal account. Order at your own risk!!"
"I ordered a glass shelf support that arrived in pieces and did not work at all. I did everything I could but the pieces did not fit together. It is obviously a scam. Be careful of what you buy online and where you buy it from. "
"Ordered a 3 pak of some and they sent only one. They will tell you they have “sold each” on there but it looks like it means each 3 pak. They refuse to fix itcto make it more clear which shows they are pulling scams or they lack intelligence. Either way, steer clear!!!"
"Ordered a Roman Tub faucet on July 17, it was sent damaged, took three weeks to get a return shipping label. It is now Sept 19 and still no refund. The order is now it dispute with PayPal. I would not recommend them "
"I purchased a $0.60 cabinet door hinge. The handling and shipping was about $8. When the part arrived there was a critical piece to the assembly missing. I contacted Home Decor customer service about the missing piece and was informed that the piece was sold separate even though the photo of the device I purchased showed the complete assembly with no notice that the photo was multiple parts. Now they want another $0.50 and $8 in shipping.
Very bad service. I will never place another purchase with these ripoff artists!

It arrived, exactly as described earlier than expected. Price was outstanding for the quality and special nature of the part. Maybe the company took some of the those other reviews to heart and straightened out its operations. Whatever the case, a totally positive browsing and buying experience."
"I made an order for some door knob parts, a spindle, a screw and a washer. Probably worth $1.00, but they charged me $40. Either replace the door knob or pay, so I paid. They sent me the wrong parts, and now ignore my request to have it resolved. Out $40 and my door is still busted. Never work with these guys unless you want to be taken advantage of."
"Do not order from this business! I placed and order on Nov 3. It was immediately charged to my account. I checked the FedEx tracker and although the order clearly has my address, it was shipped to someone across the country. When I called to inquire, I was told they would investigate and call me back. I never got a call or any response after 2 additional messages. I called again and the girl had no idea about my order. It appears they just hoped I'd forget about it. She finally messages and said it was being produced and would be finished in a week then shipped (which I assume means another week of shipping). When I asked that they cancel and credit me she said I'd have it in a week. She also suggested I could pay extra for expedited shipping, which they should do for me since this is not my fault. Still no merchandise. We will see. I would never order from them again!"
"Very poor service. Ordered $236 worth of merchandise, for which they charged immediately. After 6 weeks they said it was permanently discontinued. We received an email saying our refund was available on Pay Pal, even though we did not purchase it using Pay Pal. It took SIX phone calls to get a refund from these people. I received 4 different stories when I called. Life's too short -- order elsewhere."
"This appears to be a poorly run business as opposed to an evil one. I ordered a set of weldable, stainless hinges for a project. I got the hinges that I ordered, but they were not shipped until I inquired, via email, as to the status of the order. I did this three weeks after payment was made via PayPal. I highly recommend using PayPal or some other payment method that will allow you to cancel the payment if the order is not shipped. Don't order from this company if you need the product immediately."
