"Comments: On Monday, 5/18, I called the Window and Store department at the Crimson Home Depot (404) and talked to a Spanish man who insisted I had to come in to order a $304 storm door that I had the numbers for and already have had two installed in the last year and a half. Went to the
store and to the Order department for windows. I asked six (YES...6) individual employees to order out the door. I had all the information with me. After 20 minutes of watching employees walking around....I went up to two OTHER people (one wearing a orange vest) and said I needed to order out a screen door. 5 minutes later one of the men came up to the order desk and said "maybe I can help you"...which he
couldn't. EIGHT employees and not ONE could write up my $304 storm door. I had to come home and get help to order it myself. Is this how Home Depot treats 72 year old women???
I emailed the above letter to the regional H.D. manager. Have not received door yet...June ??
