"I bought 2 of these Gibraltar security doors. THEY DO NOT COME WITH THE ONE-OF-A-KIND, SPECIALTY, ONE-WAY DRIVER BIT necessary to install them. The outer box said all installation hardware was included, but not the ONE ITEM it takes to actually install them. My contractor installed one of them on the front of my house and it took FOREVER (over an HOUR) with a flat-head screw bit and it kept stripping and jumping off the screwheads. After a month now, the door has developed tons of rusted areas around the screws and the soldered joints. Now I have a useless, uninstalled security door, until I get that stupid one-way screw bit from HOME DEPOT for another $20 plus TAX. So this $109 security door actually costs $135 if you actually want to install it. I'm sure it will rust terribly like the first door has done. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I feel DUPED!"
