I opted to pick my order up in the store as a safer alternative than delivery at my door because of the recent events in our news. I received an email notification when my order arrived at my local store for pick up, I picked my order up safely and worry free at the customer service desk and found the the personnel at my local home depot to be very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful as I always have for the past 20 years of patronizing that store. The young man at the customer service desk put my package in my basket and opened the box to assure it was not broken. He answered many of my questions about a future home heating project (oil to LP gas conversion) which when I am able to afford it, I will definitely turn to Home Depot. I will continue to shop at home depot both online and at my local store. Good job as always Home Depot. Thank you for your courteous and knowledgeable service."

"The diagram of the floor was never emailed. I made an extra trip to the store to be certain that the floor pattern would be a particular way. I was assured that it would. Patter was installed the exact opposite. No install fault because linoleum was cut so it could only be installed the wrong way. I was charged for labor for mounding. There was no need for molding, so now I have to return mounding and attempt to get a credit for the labor. I've talked to the store, and was told that a manager would contact me. That was yesterday. I'm still waiting. I am very unhappy with this store and the response to my problem. "
