"My experience buying from Home Gallery Stores was less than ideal. The free installation is not worth it - I bought from them because they offered free installation, but I wish I had just paid the $50 and gone somewhere else. When the bed was delivered, the box was in complete shambles. I should have turned it away but we had waited months for it and at a first glance it seemed undamaged. The delivery guys had no idea that we were supposed to get assembly but thankfully they were super nice and assembled it for us anyway (I think they are a third party, so if you do buy from here, be prepared for your delivery guys to be unaware of the "free" delivery). I was asked to sign for the delivery by being presented with a cell phone with a signature line, no contract, no explanation of the conditions of the delivery. This ended up being a huge problem, because when we did discover some damage a day later, Coleman insisted that because I had signed that the delivery was in "good condition" they couldn't do anything except offer me $100 to have a local contractor come out and repair it since I was a "valued customer." Considering that part of the damage was a chip in the stone insert piece, I find it unlikely that anyone outside of the manufacturer could fix that. Also, in order to get the $100, I had to pay up front, then send them an invoice with the amount, date of service, and the *logo* of the company.
In my opinion, good customer service would have at least offered to refund me a portion of the purchase price if they weren't going to offer to replace the piece that was damaged. If you are willing to put up with long wait times for the product, boxes arriving in complete disarray, delivery guys who have no idea that assembly is included, and a no-exceptions customer service policy, sure, buy from Home Gallery Stores Otherwise, spend your money and get this bed from literally anywhere else - it might not be better, but it couldn't be worse."

"They kept telling me to try back in a couple of weeks. Finally after 4 months, it was in stock and I ordered it. It's been over a month now and I have yet to receive it. I received this survey and still have not received my chest of drawers. I have been on hold with them for an hour now trying to check on the status of my order. I keep hearing this recording saying I am currently caller #1, yet here it is 58 minutes later, and nobody has answered my call. Horrible customer service. Will never ever place another order with them."
"I bought Bedroom Furniture from Home Gallery. Delivery guys are arrogant and assembled Bed Badly and Bed was shaking, Drawer was damaged. They made by Bedroom dirty and refused to clean all the trashed they dropped there.
I called Home Gallery to fix the Bed and replace Drawers. They came and fixed only shaking issue of Bed but did not change Drawer. I Called again to Home Gallery to replace Drawer then Home Gallery asked me to find manufacture sticker attached to some part of Bed. Since the Bed was so heavy I could not able to move. I told them to come and find it but they refused. Finally, I called my friends and move the Bed to find Manufactured Sticker so that they can order Drawer for Bed. They came with Damaged Drawer. Again I called Home Gallery and finally, they fixed my Bed. It took them almost 3 months to resolve the Issue. Very Bad Experience. Not find the delivery guy helpful. They do not take Trash which is a big issue. Highly non-professional. Purchased date 5/15/2018 and Bed fixed on 8/14/2018. "
