The problem was the waiting over 8 weeks for the delivery, scheduling the delivery with the sub contracted delivery company, the delivery company arriving at 9 pm and the 2 men were extremely tired, but friendly. They couldn't provide me with the info I needed, and when the piece was delivered it was too large at the base to fit without removing the baseboard, toe mold, etc. Almost 10 months later & the piece is still sitting sideways in the spot I had intended to place it-just don't want to deal with a carpentry project.
