"I nicely called about the situation of not having received my furniture after a few weeks and not being able to get a response from the shipping company (who has the furniture) and on the first call, no apologies and was given a second phone number which worked as well as the first. The second phone call only yielded a "snotty" attitude from a person who must dislike employment. I should not have to lead a customer service rep through how to call a shipper to find out what is going on and then call me back. When asked when I can expect a call back something other than a smart remark should occur, like a time. It is advisable not buy from these people as they seem to have an easy time accepting payment but difficulty with service, communication and delivery."

The shipping company called me with a specific day and time for delivery. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery they call me to tell me that my furniture didn't make it on their truck and they won't have another truck in my area for at least 3 more weeks. 8+ weeks after my "in stock" order was placed. The day before my supposed delivery we got rid of the current bedroom furniture, assuming if we were given an exact 3 hour time frame for the next day we could be certain we were actually getting the furniture. Now my son has to sleep on the floor for at least the next 3 weeks. Never again, price might be lower, but you get what you pay for. "

“This customer was advised in writing at the time of purchase that delivery on her order would take up to 8 weeks due to her location. She posted this review and cancelled her order on week 6. Our white glove delivery service is the best quality delivery in the furniture business, but requires more time than a normal ground delivery due to the nature of the service.”
