"There were no problems with my order. I received a phone call explaining the next steps. Then the delivery company called to let me know my item arrived in their warehouse. I received another call to arrange delivery. My item was delivered on time. It arrived still in its box. The guys took it out of the box, placed it where I wanted it in the house, and took all packing materials with them. The server/buffet I ordered is beautiful and just as pictured!"

“Due to a backorder, the curios the customer ordered were not available to ship immediately. We provided In-Home Delivery and Set-up as the shipping method for this order. It does take longer for our White Glove deliveries to occur because the order is only handled by our White Glove delivery partner.
We estimated the customer would take delivery of the first part of his order 6 - 8 weeks from the end of December. The order was delivered 6 weeks from the backorder date. A delivery date for 3/12 or 3/13 is confirmed for the second part of the order. This date is 8 weeks from the second backorder date.
We are sorry that the customer faced backorder delays for his order, and we hope that he will enjoy his curios for many years.”

YOur company already had my money- it appears once you had the money, you didn't care about calling me. Very disappointed. “We apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience to the customer. As we reviewed our records, we found he previously had not contacted us for assistance.
The delivery instructions noted to "leave in the box". When such a request is made, assembly is not provided during delivery. The customer stated that he did not make such a request. We are now working with the customer to arrange an assembly time and are awaiting his response on which day works best with his schedule.”
