A full week after placing the order I opened a ticket to inquire and got a response the following day that it had shipped - that day. So, order to delivery was 2 weeks. One box was damaged in shipping but the inner box & tank were OK. I still got it in time for my project. I found their selection and pricing good, but sani-gloss was not available. Their web ordering was efficient. I would order from Home Perfect again, but would allow time to receive the items."

"I ordered a lighting fixture solely based on its availability. Two weeks later and the only correspondence I had received was this survey. In speaking to the customer service rep they informed me that the remaining item was broken and would be back-ordered. When I aired my frustration with not being informed I was interrupted and give the "I'll check in with the manufacturer and update you. " I work in customer service...I know what that means. Long and short if it says one left...don't expect it on-time or in one piece. "
