"I had ordered a faucet set on the home perfect website. About a week after the order was confirmed I called to check the status of delivery. The rude phone consultant told me it was now on back order and he claims up and down that an email was sent to my inbox however there was not one about back order to be found in my inbox or in my spam box. No apologies or quick fix solutions. Not a promising first impression. "

"We purchased a Kraus stainless steel sink/faucet/soap dispenser combo from Home Perfect and we are very, very satisfied. The sink and faucet arrived within a week and in perfect condition; the only complication was that Kraus labelled the faucet box incorrectly, so it SAID it was the faucet we purchased, but it actually was not. I called Elizabeth in Customer Service, who had helped with the initial order, and she was extremely helpful and as friendly as she was in the beginning. She emailed a return label for the incorrect one right away and meanwhile checked on several faucet options for me; eventually we just had Kraus send the correct faucet. It came a week from when she had it sent and is perfect. I love Home Perfect and love the friendly help and service we received from Elizabeth! Thank you! PS: No shipping cost is great too!"

"Finally received products but your order status is totally messed up. Placed order on 3/1, received status on 3/2 that order was shipped. On 3/9 did not receive product and called customer service who said sink was in stock but clips were on backorder. The rep said he was shipping out sink and clips should be shipped by 3/31. Next day received clips, no email that sink was shipped. Called on 3/11, they said sink would ship by Friday 3/13. 3/14 received email sink shipped. 3/13 received sink. I received what I ordered but status was always wrong. "
