"My biggest complaint about Homeperfect is the website. Time & time again I was unable to access the website due to server issues. At times it was very frustrating. Also, the Presidents Day discount code didn't work & I had to request a refund for the discount amount after the fact. (I did get the refund.) "

"I ordered multiple items that the website listed as in stock. Part of the order shipped, but the light fixture did not. I contacted HomePerfect and they told me that the fixture had to be shipped factory direct. Not stated on the web. I was told that the fixture was shipping out that day and would be arriving 5 days later and that I would be emailed tracking information. Neither happened. It is now past the deadline I have on my bathroom remodel, and I still have no product to show for it. Nonetheless, they show my order as closed. I will not be shopping here again, and I will not be recommending them in the future."

"Item was not in stock. Everything pointed to the fact that the item was shipped and as promised. Turns out it was not shipped or even in stock. They were not even sure if they could get it. But they took my money . I. And no tracking was avaliable .finally got someone to talk to me and got it cancelled. Have not seen the return on my account yet. I have a feeling I wont. Never will do business with them again."
