"I ordered a water heater and a month later, the item still had not shipped. They were promising shipment "shortly" while other websites were openly stating a wait of 3 months for the same item due to backlog from the manufacturer. Why was I billed for the item if they don't even have it in stock? On my last phone call I had to repeatedly insist that my order be cancelled and my money refunded immediately while they kept trying to forward me to a representative to "assist me" with finding an alternate product. I will never do business with them again. "

"Oh where to begin: customer service is in a country far, far away from folks who speak English on a regular basis. We waited for weeks and weeks for our goods to arrive. Today, it finally got here after our construction project was delayed by three weeks because of Home Perfect and guess what? One of the sinks, the sink for the master arrived cracked. We opened the order in front of the shipper and all he said was meh- not my problem.
Home perfect in their infinite genius had packed a 75 lb sink in a single layer of cardboard. What a surprise that during its journey from Jersey to Oregon it cracked in half."
"Ordered a part that showed it was in stock. When I got the conformation back on the order it was out of stock. The message said they would contact me, but never did. My credit card was charged and when I contacted them I was told the part would not be available until March. I asked for a credit back on my card which they did right away.
I don't think they should have charged my credit card until after the part shipped. "
