"I still have not received my order. I have been trying to get someone to call me about the status of my order and how I can return two items. Originally it said they had them in stock when I ordered them but when the order officially processed it said "Backordered" so I inquired about when my order would be processed. Via an ticket system response I was told they would ship "the following week" directly from the manufacturer.

I then inquired about returning two of the pieces because they were not the right size I needed. Little to no assistance with this. I am still unsure of how I can return these items.

Being that the site offers specifically home related items one would think that there would be some expediting of the items. I am currently under construction at my house with no bathroom sinks and I need to know right away when I am expected to receive them. I have not been given an answer.

Overall the level of customer service is pretty poor with this site. While the prices seem decent, at the end of the day you have no idea when you are getting your order now I am stuck with an unfinished bathroom. An update would be appreciated or at least an estimated delivery date.

The heat is out in my home and I couldn't find the part locally so I ordered it online from you website on 12/11/2014. When I checked the order status on 12/19 I realized that the order hadn't shipped I called customer service to get an updated order status. After being placed on hold for some time, the representative assured me that my package was being shipped that day. I received an email this morning letting me know the shipping status has been changed to "pending". When I track the package it shows that a label has been created but it hasn't even shipped yet. It's going to be a cold Christmas here in Little Rock.

"Home perfect is another one of those businesses that is basically a middle man. The products they list are not in their warehouse. They don't seem to check to see if things have been discontinued often. They had a light fixture listed as available and in stock and over a week later notified me it was discontinued. I knew it was discontinued. I was combing the internet looking for someone that still had one and they said they did! Wasted my time and irritated my client that I could not finish the project by the deadline. "
