"One of the reasons I bought from HomePerfect is because the item said it would ship in 1-2 business days. It took longer than that though and ended up delaying my renovation work. I was going to cancel the order but then I read HomePerfect's BS return policy, which is awful. I'll never buy from them again."

"Home Perfect had the Broan hood which I wanted. Therefore, I ordered it. Only some days later did Home Perfect tell me that it was back ordered. I replied via email and asked for an assurance that it would ship the following week. There was no reply. A week later I asked for the status. This time they checked with the manufacturer and said that the hood would ship after the storm passed. I was able to use the tracking number to track the status of the shipping. The hood finally arrived 3 days ago and is being installed today. As long as the hood works fine, all is good."

"UPDATE: There is probably a note at the bottom of this review stating everything has been resolved. That is a lie. Read this whole review to find out what really happened.
I ordered a boiler and the controls Nov. 5. On Nov 25 only the boiler was delivered by the AM Trucking company. The EASMM-802 Controls + Trim with low water cut off were not. This delivery weighed 990 lbs but these delivery men were sent out without a pallet jack. It took over an hour to figure out a way to get it off the truck and we had to get a friend to come and help as well. Four men and no pallet jack to move 990 lbs. I called Home Perfect and the AM Trucking company about the missing part. The trucking company said it was not left in the truck and was not on the dock. When I called Home Perfect I talked to Nate, with an obvious American accent. He said they were sending me one but he didn't give me any information such as a new order number or when I could expect it. I called back and of course got someone new and they told me I needed to talk to Nate but he had left for the day. This person gave me a direct number to Nate and I called him the next day. Nate was now Indian and had to look up my records to remember talking to me. He said I would be emailed the information I needed. I never got anything. My husband is an HVAC engineer and it would have taken him 3 days to install the boiler. If it had been delivered in the 3 to 10 days they promised it would have been done long before the serious cold arrived. It's now Dec. 18th. This is December in northern Ohio along Lake Erie in the snow belt and we have no heat. I have to put food in the refrigerator to keep it from freezing. This is horrible.
Update: I posted the above review complaining about a messed up delivery. Home Perfect was sending me emails about my review before it had even been posted. Does Reseller Rating send reviews to their clients before they get posted? Home Perfect send me emails and a response to my complaint promising delivery in just a few days, definitely by Dec 22. They also send me an email from someone named Craig promising that my delivery would be the next day. This was Dec 18. When tracking the delivery the delivery date changes every day. Its up to Dec. 29th now. I cant wait to see what they say tomorrow. Just because they write a response to a complaint saying everything is solved that doesnt mean it is. I placed my order Nov 5, paid a lot of money for it and now, as of Dec 24 we dont have it. This is the worse experience Ive had ordering something online and Ive been ordering online for years. It was still warm when we placed this order and I know that Nov is not the best time to order a boiler but Nov was when our old boiler gave up the ghost so thats when it had to be ordered. If the delivery had been made when promised we wouldnt be having any problems. I have been lied to over and over by this company. I advise you to beware before ordering from Home Perfect and keep in mind the responses they make to complaints may have nothing to do with what is really going on.

"Ordered four exhaust fans October 16th, received them December 17th, 8 weeks after ordering even though I was charged in full for $430 in October. Website said 4 week lead time but this was well over that. Spoke to someone November 10th and was told would ship by end of November but it would ship by the end of November.

Called 12/18 and CSR Adam is joking and laughing in the background to his co-workers when I ask for some money back. Very rude and insulting. Will never purchase from again.
