"I chose Home Perfect because they carried the specific item I was shopping for and it was offered at the best price I could find. Unfortunately, it was not until after I made my purchase that I was informed the item was back ordered and would not be shipped for 4 to 6 weeks. This definitely put a a crimp in my remodeling schedule. It has been 4 weeks so far. Still no word. Still not able to complete the remodel.

"I had ordered this item August 26th, I called twice to see when I could expect my order, the first time I was told it would be here sept 4th, I called on sept 5th to reconfirm it had been shipped and they said it would arrive today (the 5th). I finally received it on monday the 8th, I don't know if it was FEDEX or home perfect, not impressed."

My credit card was charged and I have still not received my order.
It would have been better to have been notified when I placed my order or before I submitted it of the out of stock.
The last notice I got on the 28th of August said I would be updated in 1-2 days. Now it has been 10 days since that email and I have not gotten an update or received my order.

However, the sink did not arrive with the strainer, which one would expect it to come with looking at the product description page. There was no notification of "no strainer included" on the page. Having bought Blanco sinks before, I've always had them supplied with the above items by the vendors."

"Kitchen faucet was advertised as "in stock". I purchased online and received an email confirmation that also said my item is in stock and would ship in a few days. But after 2 weeks passed and I still had not received a shipping confirmation, I called to get a status report. I was told by the customer service rep that the faucet was not in stock and he would have to call the manufacturer to find out if they could get it. Not only was the item NOT in stock, I had not received this notification to make me aware, AND no one had called the manufacturer to inquire about getting the faucet. If I had not called, my order would have sat idle indefinitely. The customer service rep put me on hold while he called the manufacturer and reported to me that the item would be shipped no later than 3 weeks. After I pressed him for a realistic time frame of when the faucet would be delivered, I found out the faucet would be delivered to HomePerfect and THEN they would have to deliver it to me, making a date of receipt at least 5 weeks out (not including the 2 weeks wasted while my order sat idle). If you have ever done a kitchen remodel, you know that faucets need to be at the site on the day of countertop installation. My old countertops have already been removed, new countertops have been fabricated and waiting to be installed, no running water at present because I am still waiting on a faucet that was advertised as in stock. If you need an item in a timely manner, don't purchase from this company!"
