"I purchased a vanity on 26-July 2014 which was to be delivered within 2 weeks. I called several times to get a delivery date, no respond. I emailed them on 11-Aug and received this response:Hope all is well at the time of receiving this email. I received an email over the weekend from Avanity stating that the Freight charge for delivery over to your zip code will be about $250.00 more than what we normally pay. As I reviewed all of this information with my manager he agreed to pay for another $100.00 out of our cost meaning that you would only have to pay $150.00 for the delivery. Please let me know if this works for you so that we can get this order to you as soon as possible. The order would take 2 more weeks and cost an additional $150.00 for FREE DELIVERY. My husband is handicapped, the delay of this item was a great discomfort for him. I cancelled the item and they have not credited my account after a week. They should have told me 2 weeks ago so that I could have cancelled instead of waiting to try and get more money out of the sale."

"they sent the wrong sink, I have called and emailed, its been 3 weeks, and I havnt recived the the corect sink, and a label to return the wrong one, I got two phone messages to call a guy, but he never never answers the phone when I call. I even emailed them photos, showing it was the wrong sink with an explaintion letter, the same day I recieved it, I am still in limbo here!! i just want the correct sink and to return this wrong one! I wouldnt buy anything from them If I were you!"
