"Once the order is placed there is virtually no communication.
I emailed them twice and there was an automated response stating they would get back to me. When they did not email back the status of my order I called only to be told they would email me within 24 hours. They actually emailed me this time stating the order was on the way. But there was no notification before that on the status of the order or shipping. The order is always. "Processing"
Next time I will order directly from the manufacturer. A little communication would have been nice

"Return policy stinks (25% + shipping + shipping).
Even worse, if you want to make an exchange, even for a more expensive item, you still have to pay the 25% + shipping both ways. That's crazy!!

"Great selection and prices, however, their ability to pick, ship, track and update orders is severely lacking. Need to work on real time update and logistics. Customer service told me they'd call me back 4 days in a row with a tracking number but failed to do so each time, they were also unable to provide me with a estimated delivery date. I'd shop here again if they improve logistics. "

"July 18, 2014 we ordered an under-mount sink for our new home construction which required we receive it by early August. After checking online order status for a week with no update I submitted a ticket requesting an anticipated ship date. Waited another 4 days with no response. July 29th finally received a phone call regarding the order and was told it was back-ordered until early September. Since this would not fit into our construction schedule I cancelled the order - but wasted 11 days and am now scrambling to find a substitute that will arrive on time."

"After placing an order for a dish drainer, Home Perfect sent me several e-mails to let me know the status of this item, including notification that this item would not be in stock for 3-4weeks and would be sent to me then. This was fine with me because I certainly do not need this item immediately and appreciated their update for this item. When I received my credit card statement, however, I noticed that I had already been charged for this item. Usually an item is not charged until it is shipped. I am wondering if paying through PayPal is the reason for the early charge. I have already paid for the item and probably won't see it for another 4weeks or so."
