"I ordered a casablanca light kit . No news for nearly a week. Then on four consecutive days they said it would be shipped. Finally after many calls I talked to a supervisor. He finally emailed me and said they didn't even have it in stock and casablanca was not giving them any information.he suggested I might want to cancel my ordering I did. I hope I get a refund since I have already been charged. I later found out that the part had been discontinued but they were still advertising it on your site for a fourth of July sale. To say the least this was my most unsatisfactory internet order ever. You won't hear from me again. It was far far from perfect!"

Finally contacted Robern directly via email about our problem with this vendor. Response within 24hrs that they would ship replacement shelves. Will NOT USE Home Perfect again. Will NOT recommend."
