"I ordered this shower caddy and when it arrived I realized the size and look of it did not fit the space planned well. I have had difficulty returning the item and am still waiting for Home Perfect to provide me a return ticket. I have emailed and called and have been told twice I should hear something in another day or two. This has been going on for a week now. I feel like I am getting the run around regarding my return of the unused item!! Not sure I will use them again if this difficult to return!!!!"
"Of the four items, one was damaged during shipment. I had to contact customer service regarding the return of the damaged unit. While I did get a quick first response that a new one would be sent out, there were no additional contact provided to me. It's been a week and there is no additional information provided to me on the status of the replacement unit. "

When they sent me the email notification, it read, "Our warehouses receive new merchandise every day. In order to provide you with the most accurate lead time, we will update you within 24-48 business hours." That's a laugh! The only contact other than that email was from me calling them to ask where my tank was. 11 days later and still no tank. The fact that I'm in no hurry, the price was the bestI found, and the free shipping are the only reasons I haven't requested a refund. Since they have my $847, it sure would be nice to receive an update."

The first time around the representative ignored my request to cancel the order due to a three week wait time. The customer service rep then promised me that he would create an order with the manufacturer of the product I was purchasing and gauranteed theunit would be at my house on Monday 5/12/2014. Needless to say, the unit did not come on Monday. I waited several days to give the shipping time to get it to my house. By Thursday May 16th I gave home perfect a call and the representative then said the order was never placed. I now have another promise that the unit will come in by next Monday. I am okay with the fact that it takes time to ship things, however when a representative tells me an item is being shipped I expect that it is being shipped. I caution anyone who needs anything from this company in a specific amount of time because they seem to be unreliable with their specified "
