"I ordered a Blanco 440200 Diamond 1-1/2 Bowl Silgranit II Drop In Kitchen Sink In White on line and the order said "In Stock" and ships in 1-2 business days. 3 weeks later I still did not receive the sink after numerous calls to the service dept. Finally the sink arrived and the box looked beat up and dirty like it was in someones warehouse for many years. Much to my surprise(HA HA) a corner was broken off. I then had to send back for a replacement. Luckily the process only took a week and I am quite pleased of the quality of the sink.
