"Top level of customer service. My Delta kitchen faucet purchase from HomePerfect arrived promptly but, after inspection of the contents of the box, I discovered some parts missing. The customer service number was easy to find in the delivery notification email. The rep was bright and attentive as we zeroed in on and confirmed the missing parts, concluding with the rep contacting Delta to mail me exact replacement parts, which came about a week later. Both good prices and customer service make HomePerfect and excellent online reseller."

**Updating my review, Mark and Jennifer from Home Perfect did respond with a corrected tracking #, showing it is on it's way. I will update when I receive the washbasin. Takes a little more work on my side than I would have liked, but they do respond.

Ordered on 4/9/14, and when I ordered it showed 7 in stock. Thru the site, I put in a request for status, 2 days later I get an email with a Tracking # for AM Trucking with no information at all. I find the website for AM Home delivery, it shows that for the tracking #, it was going to New York. I had read the same type of circumstances online. It may pan out, but not feeling to confident right now. "
"Took a couple weeks to receive my ceiling fan. Would have been nice to have known that many items on their website (especially lighting) are not stocked and are drop-shipped from the manufacturer which can often take 2-3 weeks (or longer) for delivery. Yes... I should have read the fine print on the website but I suppose we are all spoiled by other online retailers who ship immediately from their own inventory. I guess I shouldn't complain too much since their pricing was the best I could find online for this particular item. Just expect to wait a little longer for delivery than you might be used to which is a trade off for the lower price."
