"The item was advertised for sale and ONLY AFTER I ordered it, and paid for it was I notified that it was not available for shipping. The website said I would be contacted 24 - 48 hours after placing the order to inform me of availability and shipping status. That did not happen and it was necessary to call Home Perfect to obtain the somewhat vague information that it will be available for shipping mid-April. I did not find the words of the person I talked with to be very certain or reassuring. As a contractor supplying my job, that is not convenient for me at all. I consider such disingenuous merchandising tactics to be a way to obtain and use other people's money while they wait an inordinate amount of time to receive the product that is advertised as available. "
