I received one RGA and shipping label and used it to return the broken sink. Despite many reminders, I am still waiting to receive another RGA/shipping label for the 1st sink. I have not been reimbursed for either sink. HomePerfect will not reply to any of my tickets: they simply close them when I open a new one"
