"I ordered one sink. It was not as described. I asked to return it. In the meantime I ordered a replacement one. It arrived broken. I received one RGA and shipping label and used it to return the broken sink. Despite many reminders, I am still waiting to receive another RGA/shipping label for the 1st sink. I have not been reimbursed for either sink. HomePerfect will not reply to any of my tickets: they simply close them when I open a new one"

"Delivered damaged! I then paid for a 2nd one that arrived damaged as well! Obviously damaged by the shipper (FedEx).
Home perfect has yet to refund or provide a new sink delaying my new Kitchen install.
